Q: Can I apply my store credit/gift certificate/discount code to merchandise order?

A: Yes to store credit and gift certificate! Place your order, shoot us an email with your code and we will issue a refund for you. Sorry for the inconvenience as the e-shop and our booking system cannot be synced. 

Unfortunately no to most discount codes as our profit margin is limited for merchandise.


Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns on all unused items within 30 days of the shipment arrival. If you miss the 30-day window, you may still start a return but may get a partial refund instead of a full refund. Product must be in new or unused condition.

Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, etc. Generally it costs $5 (t-shirts) or a forever stamp(stickers) to ship it back to us.

We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.

Q: What is your exchange policy?

If you want to process an exchange please e-mail us at info@omescape.us with the following information:

  • Your Order Number
  • Product(s) you are shipping back to us
  • Product(s) (with the style/size information, if applicable) you want to exchange for.

We will then respond to you with an exchange confirmation notifying you that we have reserved the item for you and, if applicable, we will also ask for an additional payment if there is a price difference between the products being exchanged for. However, if a refund is due we will let you know the refund amount too!

Also, our exchange shipment to you will be completely free of shipping cost for US orders. When sending products back to us please use USPS First Class service as that is by far the lowest cost shipping service available. It generally costs $5 (t-shirts) or a forever stamp (stickers).
